Preparation across old and new surfaces
A renovated home can combine fresh skim, older plaster, previous repairs, existing paint layers and new timber in the same project. We inspect the substrates before pricing so mist coating, filling, sanding, stain blocking, priming and local repairs are allocated to the correct areas.
Interior decorating and detailed woodwork
The scope can include walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting, stairs, banisters, fitted storage and feature colours. Each area is protected and prepared for the selected finish, with brush, roller or spray application chosen where it suits the surface and site conditions.
Exterior painting for weather-exposed homes
For suitable exterior work, we assess render, masonry, timber and metal together with peeling coatings, cracks, open joints, growth and earlier repairs. Protection of windows, paths and neighbouring finishes, safe access, weather and drying time are included in the planned sequence.
Room-by-room planning for occupied homes
If the home will remain occupied, tell us which rooms must stay available and whether furniture will remain in place. A sensible sequence can then be agreed around preparation, drying time and access, with the quotation recording what will be moved, protected or excluded.
