A durable finish starts with the condition underneath it. We review fresh plaster, previous coatings, fine cracks, stains, uneven repairs and timber surfaces before pricing. Floors, furniture, fittings and adjoining finishes are protected, while filling, sanding, stain blocking and priming are included where the inspected surfaces require them.
Walls, ceilings and detailed woodwork
Full-house and room-by-room decorating can include walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting, stairs, banisters, wardrobes and fitted joinery. Brush, roller or spray application is selected around the substrate, required finish and practical site conditions rather than applying one method to every surface.
Exterior painting organised around the property
For exterior work, we assess render, masonry, timber and suitable metal surfaces together with peeling coatings, open joints, growth and earlier repairs. Access, window and paving protection, weather conditions and drying time are considered before the coating sequence is confirmed.
