Do you carry out the whole construction fit-out?
This service covers painting and decorating. Building, electrical, plumbing, plastering and other trades are separate unless expressly included in a written scope.
What happens if extra work appears?
Additional areas, damage or preparation beyond the agreed scope are discussed and priced before proceeding, so the package stays clear.
